Shipping Information

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping from our studio in Germany.

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your artwork has been dispatched.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the artwork or you will be contacted by Christopher Thomas´s Shop.
    Estimated delivery times:
    • Germany & EU: 3–7 business days
    • Rest of the World: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs procedures.

  • Customs & Duties:
    International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
    We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
  • Shipping Partners:
    We work with trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your artwork arrives safely.
  • Packaging:
    Every piece is carefully packaged to protect it during transit.
    Sustainable and secure packaging materials are used whenever possible.

 

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return the artwork under the following conditions:

  • Returns:
    Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at shop@christopher-thomas.de before sending anything back.
  • Eligibility:
    To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.
    Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping:
    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refunds:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Damaged Items:
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
    We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
